Galala University Launches Media Club Project in Collaboration with Ministry of Youth and Sports
In line with Galala University’s commitment to community service and its pivotal role in fostering an integrated and empowered society, GU’s Field of Media Production has partnered with the Ministry of Youth and Sports to launch the Media Club project. This initiative is designed to equip young talents with essential media and social media skills, enabling them to implement these competencies in impactful community projects.
The Media Club project will provide hands-on training, workshops, and mentorship, giving participants the opportunity to develop practical skills in content creation, digital storytelling, and social media management. These skills are essential in today’s digital era, allowing young leaders to effectively engage their communities, raise awareness on societal issues, and promote positive social change.
Training sessions will be conducted across multiple governates, including Suez, Ismailia, Red Sea, South Sinai, and Port Said, ensuring a wide-reaching impact and creating opportunities for youth across Egypt to gain exposure to modern media practices. The project also encourages collaboration among students, graduates, and local youth, fostering networking, teamwork, and civic responsibility.
By participating in this initiative, Galala University continues to demonstrate its dedication to empowering young people, enhancing skill development, and bridging the gap between academic knowledge and societal impact. The Media Club project represents a strategic step toward nurturing a generation of socially aware, media-savvy individuals who can contribute meaningfully to Egypt’s sustainable development.
