The Textile and Apparel Design Program at Galala University participated in Egypt Fashion Week 2025, showcasing student creativity and applied learning through the exhibition of six original dresses designed by program students. The participation reflected the program’s commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and professional design standards.
Each exhibited design highlighted students’ capabilities in concept development, material selection, garment construction, and aesthetic expression. While the collection presented a diverse range of styles and creative approaches, it collectively demonstrated a high level of technical proficiency and artistic quality, underscoring the strength of the program’s design methodology and studio-based learning.
The exhibition was held at the Italian Embassy from 27 to 29 November 2025, offering a culturally rich and prestigious venue for presenting student work. The setting allowed the designs to be displayed alongside creations by established designers, providing students with valuable exposure to professional fashion environments and industry benchmarks.
The curated display emphasized originality, design coherence, and professional presentation, aligning student output with industry expectations. Through its participation, the Textile and Apparel Design Program reaffirmed Galala University’s dedication to nurturing young creative talent and actively engaging in national cultural and creative initiatives.
