In line with Galala University’s commitment to preparing students for professional success and strengthening their employability, the University Career Development Center (UCCD) held a distinguished training day titled “iCommunicate & Interview Excellence” in collaboration with SAIB Bank. The event took place on Tuesday, 9 December 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and witnessed strong student engagement.
A large number of Galala University students attended and actively participated in the workshop, which was delivered by SAIB Bank’s professional team. The program focused on core employability skills designed to support students as they transition from university to the workplace. Key topics included:
* Personal Branding: how to present oneself confidently and professionally.
* Networking: building and maintaining effective professional connections.
* Interview Preparation: practical steps and strategies for successful personal interviews.
The training day concluded with SAIB Bank announcing the provision of an electronic certificate (e-certificate) to all participating students, reinforcing the workshop’s role in enhancing their career readiness and strengthening their ability to compete in the labor market.
