Level 1 students from the Art & Design program at Galala University participated in a hands-on creative workshop focused on exploring the beauty and expressive potential of pastel colors, led by Dr. Ahmed Romeia.
The workshop introduced students to essential artistic techniques, including layering, blending, and experimenting with soft color palettes. Through guided practice and experimentation, students learned how subtle and delicate tones can convey mood, depth, and visual harmony, transforming simple compositions into impactful visual designs.
This practical learning experience encouraged creativity and critical thinking, allowing students to better understand the role of color in visual communication. By working directly with materials, students developed foundational skills that will support their academic growth and enhance their future design and creative projects.
The workshop reflects Galala University’s commitment to experiential learning and nurturing creative talent through hands-on education aligned with international standards.
