The ceremony brought together scholarship alumni, newly selected scholarship students, university professors and officials, research center representatives, Japanese students studying in Egypt, and students from Japanese universities visiting Egypt through the Japan-Africa Young Leaders Program.

The event featured a series of interactive sessions designed to facilitate knowledge and experience sharing. Scholarship alumni discussed their academic and personal experiences in Japan, helping prepare the new students for their upcoming journey while encouraging meaningful connections and exchange of experiences across generations and fields of study.
