Biography

Dr.Tamer Abuelfadl is an esteemed Professor renowned for his exceptional contributions to the field of electrical engineering. He completed his academic journey with a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in electrical engineering from Cairo University, Egypt, in 1995 and 1998 respectively, followed by a PhD in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park, USA in 2002. Currently, he holds the position of a professor in the Electrical Engineering Department at Galala University, accumulating over 15 years of experience in both teaching and groundbreaking research. With a research focus on Numerical Electromagnetics, High Power Microwaves, and Metamaterials, he has significantly advanced microwave applications. Tamer Abuelfadl boasts a Scopus h-index of 8 alongside an impressive portfolio of nearly 30 journal articles. As a Senior member of IEEE, he stands as a distinguished authority in his field.
