Within the framework of Galala University's endeavors to coordinate and cooperate with all state institutions, Prof. Dr. Mohamed El-Shenawi, Acting Vice President of Galala University for International Relations, Community Service and Environmental Development, signed a cooperation protocol with the reference laboratory of Egyptian university hospitals, represented by Dr. Ghada Ismail, Laboratory Director, in the presence of both; Prof.Dr. Ashraf Haider Ghalib, Acting President of Galala University, and Prof. Dr. Tariq Abu al-Maaty, Acting Vice President for Academic Affairs.
In an official statement, the university clarified that the protocol aims to take advantage of the laboratory's capabilities to provide a distinguished medical service through reduced offers for analyzes to its students, faculty, and staff.
Galala University is one of the new state universities, which began operating last year under the direction of His Excellency; President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, to be one of the essential pioneering universities that implement a high-quality education system, positioning it to be one of the best educational institutions for local and international students.
The campus accommodates buildings for fifteen fields, offering more than 65 distinct programs. Fourteen fields began operating this year, divided into 29 programs in various areas, including Medicine, Media Production, Physical Therapy, Social and Human Sciences, Administrative Sciences, Advanced Basic Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering Sciences, Architecture, Art, and Design, Applied Health Sciences Technology, Dentistry, Nursing Sciences and finally Computer Science Engineering.
The university also includes a Teaching Hospital, which is currently in the final phase of construction, Student Dorms, faculty members, and provides transportation for students and university employees.
