Galala University’s Field of Psychology presents meticulously crafted undergraduate courses that cater to the demands of the job market on a global scale. The faculty is currently seeking Academic Staff Members to deliver courses within the following department:
- Clinical Psychology.
As an academic staff member, you will be expected to teach courses within any of the aforementioned programs as the need arises. Research constitutes a cornerstone of Galala University, and as such, you will be required to undertake high-quality research leading to publications in esteemed venues, while also pursuing research grants to support your scholarly endeavors.
Essential Criteria:
- Assistant Professor, Hold a PhD Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution. Eligible or licensed to practice as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Possess previous teaching and research experience in areas aligned with the program.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in higher education.
- Exhibit a strong track record of research achievements.
- Display proven excellence in both written and oral communication skills in English.
Desirable Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in teaching and supervising at the university level.
- Proven record or potential for research excellence in clinical psychology.
- Experience in clinical assessment, psychotherapy, and mental health interventions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice, inclusivity, and evidence-based education.
