Business Development Director

Job Objective

· Increase the number of students.

· Achieve partnerships that will generate mutual profits.

· Create, maintain & develop a strong authentic identity for the Galala University.

· Identify, manage, and satisfy all key stakeholders at any cost.

· Team management, and team building for 3 Departments.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

· Develop the strategic growth plan for Galala University.

· Responsible for setting the brand standards & brand identity management.

· Manage 3 departments to ensure all the ATL/BTL activities are well executed on time.

· Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to reach a positive conclusion.

· Ensure an efficient workflow for all the system process and find solutions to add or adjust data that is not available on the system by re-naming unused system fields, or requesting the creation of new fields on the database.

· Team building, team management, and set team performance measurements (KPIs) for business development department.

· Collaborate and work with the academic staff to meet the students’ need.

· Handle the scholarship selection process.

· Recruit new local and international students to the University.

· Identify potential partners, and decision-makers within the partner organizations.

· Research & build new partnerships.

Qualifications:

· B.A Mass Communications or Advertising.

· B.A Business Administration (Or) Graphic Design.

· 12+ experience in a similar position
