Job Description
Network Specialist with 2 years of experience in managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure. Skilled in routing and switching, network monitoring, wireless technologies, and network security fundamentals. Experienced with Cisco environments and providing reliable network connectivity and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, wireless access points, and WLCs.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity and wireless issues.
- Implement VLANs, routing, and switching configurations in enterprise environments.
- Manage and monitor Cisco DNA Center for network automation, assurance, and device management.
- Support wireless infrastructure, Wi-Fi optimization, and access point deployment.
- Configure and maintain CCTV/IP camera systems and related network connectivity.
- Maintain network documentation, inventory, and topology diagrams.
- Assist in network security implementation, access control, and policy enforcement.
- Provide technical support for network-related incidents and infrastructure issues.
- Work with IT teams to ensure high network availability, stability, and performance.
