Job Objective:
· Create and implement process that foster student engagement, learning and development.
· To build an active partnership with students, colleges, offices, and organizations to enhance an inclusive, outreaching, and growing multicultural community.
· Providing the best services for students, faculty members, staff, and the wider community.
· Treating students’ academic records with the highest level of integrity through recording data accurately, keeping them, and maintaining utmost confidentiality
Main Duties, Responsibilities:
· Answer all inquiries of students, parents, and a community relating to academic regulations, rules and procedures.
· Calculate all types of different high school certificates, receive and review admission’s files of students in addition to
· Handle all the process of the new student’s admissions till the registration in the Ministry of Higher Education.
· Follow up the missing documents of the students till its completion and submission to the Ministry of Higher Education
· Serve as a first line of information about university’s different programs in the Education Fair events, perform school visits in Egypt
· Handle student’s requests and Prepare enrollment certificates, students IDs, transcripts and courses description as per the requests of the students.
· Handle the students’ requests of financial aid, examine their papers and present it to the committee.
· Prepare military papers of male students to obtain the postponement number
· Go on missions to military offices and Ministry of Higher Education.
· Handle the withdrawal procedures of the students
· Handle the medical approvals of the students’ sick leaves.
· Receive penalties from the Disciplinary Board, registering it, sending the decision to students, and create an archive for it (Disciplinary Board + Accommodation penalties)
· Handle any assigned administrative task as per the needs of the department.

Special Skills or Knowledge Required:
· A good sense of professionalism and excellent oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English are necessary together.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
· A working knowledge of university system (or a comparable collegiate student database management system) is preferred.
· Physical Demands: The person must have the stamina and personal drive to deal with interruptions, ready to serve students for long hours when necessary and work flexible hours.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree is required.
· Minimum One year experience in the area of admission of international or national universities
