Ibrahim Gomaa received a B.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering (Communication
Section) from Cairo University, Egypt, in 2002, and an M.Sc degree in Electronics
Engineering (Computers and Systems Department) from Helwan University, Egypt,
in 2011. In 2019, he obtained a Ph.D in computer science from Helwan University,
Egypt. He worked for more than 16 years as an information security expert for many
agencies and organizations. Certified trainer in many international academies
(Cisco-Huawei-Amazon-redhat-vmware-fortinet-IBM). His current research
interests include information security, network security, virtualization, cloud
computing, and the Internet of Things. He is currently an assistant professor at the
National Telecommunication Institute (NTI), Cairo, Egypt.
