Biography

Marwa Adel is an Egyptian visual artist based in Cairo.  Marwa holds a Ph.D. in visual communication. She is a lecturer at the Faculty of Applied Arts, Advertising department, Helwan University, Egypt. Adel has held various solo exhibitions and participated in group National and International exhibitions and has won national and International awards for her bold and powerful work.

Qualifications

  • 2016 PhD of Applied Arts in Advertising Design, Faculty of Applied Arts, Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt. Thesis title:” Thinking Possibilities among Conceptual Photography and Advertising Visual Communication Strategies
