Prof. Dr. Ashraf Haider Ghaleb, Acting President of Galala University, presented a report to His Excellency Prof. Dr. Khaled Abd El Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The report included the most important achievements of Galala University since its inception last year.
Being a smart university, Galala University finished equipping the laboratories with the latest simulation devices to start the clinical training of medicine and dentistry students. In addition to computer laboratories and smart classrooms equipped with the latest technological means.
On the international level, Galala University succeeded in signing different international partnerships and agreements with world-class universities which will result in providing an outstanding learning experience to Galala University’s students offering them dual certificates upon graduation. Two agreements were signed with Arizona State University in the United States and Hiroshima University in Japan. Meanwhile, on the regional level, various protocols were signed with Ain Shams University’s Training and Development Center, Tanta University, Armed Forces College of Medicine, and Maritime Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport which results in scientific and academic research.
In addition, and as a means to instill the principles of community service, Galala University also signed an agreement with the Egyptian Clothing Bank to encourage students to volunteer in the various campaigns of the Bank and participate in its different activities.
On the other hand, Galala University doubled the number of rooms at the dorms for both male and female students to welcome more students for the next academic year 2021/2022.
