About SDSN

The United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) operates under the auspices of the United Nations Secretary-General to mobilize global scientific and technical expertise in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris Climate Agreement.

SDSN brings together universities, research centers, civil society organizations, governments, and the private sector to develop evidence-based solutions to sustainable development challenges.

Today, SDSN includes more than 50 national and regional networks worldwide.

The Egyptian Chapter of SDSN (SDSN Egypt) is co-hosted by:

• Galala University – Sustainable and Environmental Development Unit
• The American University in Cairo (AUC) – John D. Gerhart Center
