Club Mission

At TEDx GU, we believe in the power of ideas to inspire change within our university and community. We provide a platform for sharing diverse stories, research, and perspectives to spark curiosity and meaningful conversations. Through our events, we empower individuals to think critically, connect, and contribute to building a better future.

Objectives

Empower students with practical skills in Public speaking, Photography &Videography, Social Media management, Public Relations, Human Relations, Fundraising, Logistics and event organization through hands-on learning and mentorship.
Create a platform for sharing diverse ideas and stories that inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and action within the GU community.
Foster teamwork and leadership by engaging students in organizing TEDx events, allowing them to collaborate, manage projects, and develop decision-making skills.

Activities & Events

“Blueprints for Bold Futures”

TEDx GU proudly launched its first event under the theme Blueprints for Bold Futures, bringing together nine inspiring speakers who shared powerful stories of resilience, innovation, and leadership. From personal journeys of overcoming challenges to rethinking how we lead and create impact, the event offered students and guests a day of learning and reflection. The day also featured the presence of our sponsors Clary and Raw, adding a vibrant, engaging element to the event experience. This event marks the beginning of a new tradition of impactful movements at Galala University.
