Study Mode and Delivery

The Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Nutrition follows a hybrid learning system that combines online and face-to-face sessions to maximize flexibility and engagement.

  • OnCampus Component: includes clinical sessions, and final exam.
  • Online Component: Conducted on weekends (Thursday through Saturday) to accommodate working professionals. It includes both synchronous and asynchronous learning activities, delivered through Canvas and Microsoft Teams platforms.
  • Official Accreditation: The program is approved by the Supreme Council of Universities – Medical Sector Committee, ensuring full compliance with national academic and professional standards.

Laboratories and Media Materials

The program utilizes the Faculty of Medicine’s skills laboratories, training center, computer laboratories, classrooms, and university hospital facilities for its teaching, training, and clinical sessions.

 

All educational and clinical activities are conducted within the Faculty of Medicine and its affiliated university hospitals and specialized institutes, ensuring a secure and professional healthcare learning environment. The program maintains strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality standards in handling patient-related information and conducting clinical training procedures.

Tuition Fees and Payment Policy

For Egyptian Students:

  • Total Tuition Fees: EGP 22,000 (for the full one-year program)
  • Payment Plan: Fees are payable in installments over the study period.

First Installment: EGP 7,000 + EGP 3,000 administrative fees

For International Students:

  • Total Tuition Fees: USD 2,000

Payment and Refund Policy:

  • Fees are paid per semester according to the university’s installment schedule.
  • Administrative fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for tuition payments are subject to Galala University’s official financial regulations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBCh) or equivalent, recognized by the Supreme Council of Universities.
  • Valid medical syndicate registration.
