Galala University Launches “Scientific Research” Competition for Students

Galala University (GU) is excited to remind its students of the launch of the online “Scientific Research” competition, a unique opportunity for students to explore real-world issues through scientific inquiry and analytical thinking.

As part of GU’s mission to foster innovation and academic excellence, this competition encourages students to strengthen their research skills and deepen their understanding of contemporary global challenges. Participants are invited to submit original research papers on one of the following thought-provoking topics:

• “Air Pollution and COVID-19”

• “Online Learning System in COVID-19: Advantages and Disadvantages”

Students are required to prepare their research papers in a Word document and submit them by Sunday, January 31st, 2021, to osl@gu.edu.eg.

The competition not only promotes scientific literacy but also provides valuable recognition for academic achievement. The top two students with the best research papers on each topic will have their work published in the GU Library database and featured on the university’s official social media platforms.

By organizing this event, GU continues to empower students to think critically, research effectively, and contribute meaningful insights to today’s most pressing challenges. The initiative also reflects the university’s ongoing commitment to nurturing future researchers and innovators capable of impacting society positively.
