The program, encompassing 15 participating countries — including Egypt — seeks to promote smart, sustainable, and fair development across the Mediterranean basin. It emphasizes supporting balanced and long-lasting partnerships through initiatives that address shared challenges such as climate change, innovation, digital transformation, education, and social inclusion.

The event was attended by several distinguished guests and experts, including H.E.
