Upon successful completion of the course, you will be able to:

• Define systems of care in cardiovascular emergencies
• Apply the BLS Assessment, Primary, and Secondary Assessment for systematic adult evaluation
• Utilize Rapid Response Teams (RRTs) or Medical Emergency Teams (METs) to enhance patient outcomes
• Recognize and manage ACS and stroke, including appropriate disposition
• Identify and treat bradycardia and tachycardia that can lead to cardiac arrest
• Demonstrate effective team communication as a leader or member of a high-performance team
• Understand how team dynamics influence outcomes
• Recognize and manage respiratory and cardiac arrest using high-quality CPR and early AED integration
• Provide post–cardiac arrest care
• Evaluate and improve resuscitative efforts through real-time CPR quality monitoring and feedback

This is a two-day course, running 5 to 7 hours per day, including theoretical instruction, skills practice, and assessment.
