Job Description
Redesign, technical office tasks, and operation trouble shoot of both Firefighting and plumbing systems.
BSC Of Science in Mechanical power engineering
Capable of implementing specific plumbing and firefighting works/calculations required by the Engineering Affairs work programs and duties.
Carries out designs, technical office reviews of Firefighting and plumbing works, and modifications.
Awareness of both fire and plumbing standards and calculations (NFPA, UPC …. EXTRA)
AutoCAD and Microsoft office is mandatory, Rivet is a plus.
HVAC experience is a plus.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Design, Technical Office strong experience in Fire Fighting, plumping mainly and HVAC will Be an Advantage
3. 4-10 years Relative Experience
4. Excellent English communication is a must.
5. Working knowledge of the design International and local codes and standards.
6. Very good knowledge of using AutoCAD and Word & Excel, etc.
7. Excellent Communication, Presentation & Negotiations skills
8. Self-motivated, results oriented, and be flexible to work under tight schedules in a fast-paced team –oriented, collaborative environment.
9. Ability to evaluate and convey contractual scope of work.
10. Ability to complete assigned tasks and maintained schedule for multiple projects as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
