Biography

Dr. Ahmed El Sayed is an accomplished academic and researcher with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in structural engineering. He holds a Ph.D. from Ibaraki University, Japan, a master’s degree in structural engineering from Cairo University, Egypt, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Shorouk Academy, Egypt—where he earned second place in his class.

During his tenure from 2018 to 2020, Dr. El Sayed served as a research engineer and teaching assistant at the Infrastructure Laboratory at Ibaraki University, Japan. In this role, he made significant contributions to comprehensive tests of FRC-reinforced concrete structures, showcasing his expertise in the field.

Since 2021, Dr. El Sayed has been serving as an assistant professor at Canadian International College, Egypt, where he continues to impart his knowledge and expertise to students. Additionally, he holds a part-time assistant professor position at the Department of Construction Engineering and Specialized Construction at Galala University, further expanding his impact in academia.
