Biography

Professor Rasha Mohamed Elshinety is a distinguished figure in the field of human anatomy and embryology. She graduated with excellence from Alexandria Faculty of Medicine in 1996 and embarked on her academic journey in the same institution in 1998. Over the years, she attained her Master’s degree in 2003 and her PhD in 2007, solidifying her expertise. Prof. Elshinety’s academic contributions extended to administrative roles, as she served as the executive director of Alexandria Faculty of Medicine’s grants office in 2008, executive director of Alexandria University’s grants and projects office from 2013 to 2016, and later as the executive director of the project management unit from 2019 to 2022. Her proactive leadership made her the coordinator of Alexandria University in national and international funding agencies and programs, effectively managing various projects and scholarship programs. In 2014, she established the TICO office at Alexandria University and has since held the position of executive director. Prof. Elshinety’s academic accomplishments include a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in human anatomy and embryology, as well as an MBBCh in medicine and surgery.
