The Faculty of Media Production at Galala University recently organized a specialized virtual workshop titled “Basics and Skills of Television Presentation and Content Creation,” led by prominent broadcaster Merog Ibrahim, a news anchor at Sky News Arabia.
The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation from students in both the first and second academic cohorts. Drawing from her extensive professional experience, Merog Ibrahim offered valuable insights into the art of television presentation, focusing on voice modulation, screen presence, and effective audience communication.
The session also addressed key strategies for content diversification and adaptation across various digital platforms. Through interactive exercises and practical applications, students had the opportunity to apply what they learned in real time under expert guidance.
This workshop is part of the Faculty’s broader strategy to enhance students’ hands-on experience and develop industry-relevant skills, reinforcing its commitment to bridging the gap between academic knowledge and the dynamic world of media and communication.
