Galala University’s Administrative Sciences Field Hosts Workshop on Sustainability Commitment

One of Galala University’s core goals is to empower students to create a positive influence on their communities while contributing to sustainability and global progress.
In alignment with this vision, the Field of Administrative Sciences organized a workshop led by Dr. Rasem Dabbas, Business Executive Officer of a leading bottled water company in Egypt, titled “Sustainability Commitment and How Industry Contributes to Sustainable Development Goals.”

The session explored the latest sustainability challenges and solutions, with a strong focus on recycling and the circular economy. To promote practical awareness, a reverse vending machine was placed on campus, allowing students to experience firsthand how small actions can make a big environmental impact.

This workshop is part of Galala University’s ongoing efforts to integrate sustainability into education, inspiring future business leaders to think responsibly and act for a better world.
