The Master of Science in Nutritional Science prepares students to translate nutritional science into practical applications that promote human health and wellness. Building on strong scientific foundations in human nutrition, the program develops advanced analytical, research, writing, and problem-solving skills while strengthening students’ ability to interpret and apply nutrition research.
The curriculum emphasizes nutrition across the lifespan, medical nutrition therapy, chronic disease prevention, and the biological and behavioral factors influencing health outcomes.
