Biography

Dr. Reda is an assistant Professor of Natural Products Chemistry. He received his educational training at Suez Canal University, Egypt where he earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy in 2007. In 2013, he received his Master degree at Nagasaki University in Nagasaki (Japan). In 2016, he received his PhD at Nagasaki University in Nagasaki (Japan) with the grade. In 2016, he was awarded an International Japanese fellowship from Takeda Science Foundation (Japan). After a one-year postdoc in Japan, he joined Suez Canal University (SCU) as an Assistant Professor in 2018.

His major specialty is Natural Products Chemistry from both marine and terrestrial sources. Before leaving SCU to Galala University (GU), Dr. Reda was IT Manager, EPSF Coordinator and Assistant Professor at Department of Pharmacognosy.
