Biography

Dr. Ahmed Nader Mohieldin is an esteemed engineer whose academic journey has been marked by excellence. He obtained his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Cairo University’s Electronics and Electrical Communications Engineering (EECE) Department in 1996 and 1998 respectively, followed by a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University, USA in 2003. His professional career showcases a wealth of experience, including senior roles at Texas Instruments Inc., SysDsoft Inc., and Intel Mobile Communications. From 2008 to 2021, he contributed extensively to Cairo University as an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor at the Electronics and Communications Engineering Department (EECE). Currently, he holds the position of Professor at the Electrical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Galala University. With an impressive publication record of over 85 papers in renowned journals and conferences, he’s also the author of a book and holds multiple patents. Dr. Mohieldin’s commitment to nurturing talent is evident through his supervision of more than 35 graduate students in the field of analog/RF IC design. His affiliation with IEEE as a Senior Member since 2009 further exemplifies his dedication to advancing his field.
