Biography

Professor Hanan H. Fouad graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University in November 1985 where she was granted her Professor scientific degree in June 2006. She was appointed the Vice Director then the Director of the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Unit; a specialized research unit established in 1990. Recently, she was appointed Head of the Department of Medical Biochemistry from September 2020 till September 2021. Prof. Hanan is appointed now a Professor in the Field of Medicine, Galala University, Suez Governorate.

  • Won the Encouragement State Prize from The Academy of Scientific Research and Technology of Arab Republic of Egypt in June 2005. 
  • Annual awards from Cairo University for International Publications cited in SCOPUS and Clarivate analytics.
