Galala University proudly organized its first-ever talent competition, “GU Got Talent”, a dynamic showcase designed to highlight students’ artistic and cultural abilities. The event saw enthusiastic participation from 152 students representing various faculties, competing in diverse categories including poetry, singing, theatrical performances, religious chanting, magic tricks, contemporary dance, and physical theatre.
The initial rounds featured auditions evaluated by a professional screening committee, from which the top 12 finalists were selected to perform in a grand finale. The final event was a vibrant celebration of student talent and creativity, held in the presence of prominent artists and public figures.
The final judging panel and guest list included celebrated artist and director Mohamed Abou Dawood, renowned maestro Selim Sahab, and popular content creator Ali Khaled (Hustler), who added a unique and inspirational flair to the evening.

2nd Place: Sara Bayoumi & Amir Ehab – Solo Instrumental Performance
3rd Place: Kenzy Amr & Seif El Din Mohamed – Contemporary Dance
