Galala University Launches First Executive Education Course: AI for Healthcare Analytics with Python

Galala University is proud to announce the launch of its first Executive Education program under the newly established Executive Education unit. The program, titled AI for Healthcare Analytics with Python, will officially begin on 1st September 2025.

Course Instructors

Meet Our Instructors

Prof. Tamer Abdelkader

Dr. Tamer is the Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering at Galala University. He holds both MSc and PhD degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo and brings extensive experience in academia, research, and consultancy. His research focuses on network security, wireless networking, and privacy-preserving data mining.

 

Dr. Rana Zeidan

Dr. Rana has served as the Secretary General of Galala University since 2022 and as Secretary of the Board of Trustees since 2020. She is actively engaged in national committees on digital transformation and strategic planning and is widely recognized for her leadership in sustainable development and philanthropic initiatives. She also serves as Secretary General of the ISMAOONA Foundation.

 

Dr. Safa ELAskry

Dr. Safa is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering, Galala University. She holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Alexandria University and has extensive teaching and research experience in wireless sensors, biosensors, artificial intelligence, and biomedical engineering. Her work includes publications in international journals, along with significant contributions to innovation, student mentorship, and academic leadership.

 

Dr. Radwa Ibrahim Ali Hassan

Dr. Radwa is a Digital Health and Telemedicine Consultant and serves as Director of the Medical Informatics and International Networks Unit at Kasr Al-Ainy Hospitals. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Health and Community Medicine from Cairo University and is also a faculty member at Galala University. Her research and teaching focus on digital health, artificial intelligence in healthcare, and public health, with extensive contributions to medical education and interdisciplinary research.

 

Eng. Abelkareem Elhawary

Eng. Abdelkareem is a bioinformatician and biotechnology specialist with diverse experience in academia, industry, and freelancing. His expertise covers drug development, genomics, proteomics, and IT solutions for healthcare. His research interests include cancer genomics, computational drug design, and the application of machine learning to biomedical data analysis. He currently serves as an Assistant Lecturer at Galala University, where he continues to lead innovative projects that bridge bioinformatics, healthcare, and education.

 

Eng. Mennatallah khaled

Eng. Mennatallah is a Computer Science and Engineering graduate from Galala University, specializing in Biomedical Informatics. She has solid experience in artificial intelligence, biomedical research, and data analysis, and has contributed to projects that apply machine learning to healthcare and biology. She currently serves as the Executive Education Assistant at Galala University.
